Biography

Delphi Campbell is a sculptor exploring self-portraiture, born in Aylesbury, England, in 1998. As a baby her Mum & grandparents moved to Worcester, where Delphi would later study Fine Art for the first time at Worcester Sixth Form College.

At nineteen, Delphi moved to Cardiff, where she graduated with a First Class Bachelors of Fine Art with Honours from the Cardiff School of Art & Design at Cardiff Metropolitan University.  Delphi also attained two awards, The Cardiff Met Award, and Student of The Year. Following her undergraduate degree, she was selected to be one of the University’s Artists’ Benevolent Fund Step Change Fellows.

To date Delphi has exhibited in Worcester, Cardiff, Oxford, Bath and at MOMA Machynlleth as one of their selected nine Young Welsh Artists 2021-22, and through Covid-19, participated in a number of digital exhibitions. Delphi has also curated a number of shows in Cardiff. In 2022 Delphi graduated from the Ruskin, Oxford University with an MFA in Fine Art, attaining a Merit before undertaking a fellowship with the British Council at the Venice Biennale.
