In October of 2021 I began studying my postgraduate degree at The Ruskin, Oxford University, in Fine Art.

I studied for my undergraduate at the Cardiff School of Art & Design, attaining a 1st Class Degree with Honours.

I studied at Worcester Sixth Form College, gaining a Fine Art A-Level and an A* for my art-based research in my Extended Project Qualification.

October 2021

Queer Exhibition at Umbrella

Cardiff gallery Umbrella hosted an exhibition through October of 2021 of queer Welsh and Wales-based artists, featuring the Minitopian Gallery, and my work was included in both the main gallery, and the miniature one.

November 2021 - Feburary 2022

Young Welsh Artists at MOMA Machynlleth

I was invited to show work for YWA  at MOMA Machynlleth, an annual exhibition that introduces nine early-career artists from across Wales.

Time To Rest at Campfa

Following my residency in Arcade, the work I created went into an exhibition in Campfa, the partner space, showcasing three artists who utilise fabric within their work.

Summer Camp Exhibition at CULTVR LAB with Umbrella 

For CULTVR's mini-pride this year, they collaborated with Cardiff Umbrella to produce an exhibition of queer welsh and Wales-based artists.

DIS PLACED at Umbrella Cardiff

I curated DIS PLACED as a belated degree show, 15 months after our original show was moved online due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Myself and a group of other graduates from our year showed work, and I invigilated for the duration of the show.

Cambium Exhibition

In May of 2021 I showed work at Cardiff M.A.D.E's Spring exhibition Cambium. Cambium encapsulates the theme of regenerative growth; a pertinent healing symbol in these times.

Orexis at The Minitopian Art Gallery

In March of 2021 I was invited to produce work for The Minitopian Art Gallery, a space that aims to change perspective in the art world, and the significance of our ability to view art. All the work is scaled down to a 24th of it's original size, to be presented in this restored former-dollhouse, now a unique and travelling gallery.

After the Winter Exhibition at Cardiff M.A.D.E selected artists were asked to apply for the Winter Wall Part Two, a digital exhibition featuring new work from the artists.

In 2020 I was a part of Cardiff M.A.D.E's Winter exhibition, showcasing Welsh and Wales-based artist's work.

Made From Home Exhibition

"Made From Home" was an online exhibition hosted by Cardiff M.A.D.E, aiming to connect Wales' creative community despite the isolation of lockdown.

World Mental Health Day Exhibition

In my role as Equality & Diversity Officer for World Mental Health Day in 2019 I curated and participated in an exhibition hosted at Cardiff Met.

Venice Biennale Fellowship with the British Council

In 2022 I was selected to be one of the fellows for the British Pavillion in the Venice Biennale. Alongside my invigilating resposibilities in Venice I will also be undertaking my own project.

Youth Rights Creative Manifesto Panelist for Disability Arts Cymru

In 2022 I was invited by Disability Arts Cymru to be a panelist on their Youth Rights Creative Manifesto, an event in collaboration with Youth Arts Network Cymru.

Residency at Arcade Campfa

In July 2021 I began an artist residency in Arcade, an experimental project space which is part of Arcade Campfa, developing a new body of works discussing my identity.

November 2020

Arcade Campfa Workshop

In November 2020 I partnered with Arcade Campfa to deliver an online workshop during lockdown, serving as an introduction to soft-sculpture and my guide to psychogeography.

October 2020 - October 2021

Artist Benevolent Fund Step-Change Fellow

In September of 2019 I received the ABF Step-Change Fellowship, hosted through my alma mater. The fellowship provides recipients with a £10'000 stipend for the year as well as mentoring support and access to university facilities.

Cardiff Met Award

The Cardiff Met Award was awarded to me in 2020 as a recognition of my extra-curricular activities, professionalism and personal development.

Course Prize for Creativity, Professionalism and Exemplary Student Leadership

In the final year of my undergraduate studies I was awarded the Fine Art Course Prize.

February 2020

International Black History Month Exhibition

In February of 2020 I curated an exhibition at CSAD featuring some of the university's best young Black artists as part of my role as Equality & Diversity Officer.

April 2019

Invigilator of Laura Ford's "Squatters"

In 2019 I worked with Gallery 10 and invigilated "Squatters" at Castell Coch by Laura Ford. I provided information about the work and Ford to visitors and watched over the pieces.

April 2016 - January 2017

Art Instructor at Sight Concern Worcester

From 2016 to 2017 I volunteered at Sight Concern, a Worcester based charity supporting blind and visually impaired people. I taught at an art class held weekly, forming close bonds with some of my students and their wonderful guide dogs! I also worked with the fundraising team as a visual advertiser.
